Little Girls With Dreams Become Women With Vision.
As a young girl, I always had big dreams for myself. I remember all the adults would often ask “what do you want to be when you grow up”. I’m sure the answer changed on numerous occasions. Who really, really knows what they want to be in elementary school? Lol I think the typical answer for girls is perhaps a teacher, doctor, or a lawyer and for boys, perhaps a fireman or something more impractical like NFL or NBA player.
I just wanted to be successful and what that looked like was still unclear to me even throughout high school. What actually defines success? Going to college and “making something of myself” yep that was my # 1 goal.
Fast forward to 2018, I must say that those dreams are now a vision. In elementary school, I had no clue but now it’s all too clear. In 2016, I obtained my PhD, I have a successful career with the State if Georgia, recently started a fashion blog, and I absolutely love volunteering in my community and helping others. Now it doesn’t get any better than that. There is truly “moore” in store for Dr. Moore.
One thing for sure is that I can truly dress for success. So on to this dress…
I think I may have lost count of the number of dresses that I have. This one is truly amazing. The pattern is what initially caught my eye and once I saw the price, I knew it would be a contender. This navy blue sheath dress fits my curves amazing. Sheath dresses are my favorite but every now and again I may step out and purchase an A-line dress. I prefer sheath because of the form fitting design. I completed the look with a pair of Christian Louboutin heels.
